CRM gone haywire?

I'm not sure how Amazon got to the conclusion, that people who own the Da Vinci Code book, would also be interested in kincky games :) Normally I would say that the way Amazon handles their CRM is should be the goal for most e-commerce sollutions, but as it shows even the best have room for improvement...
